It’s time to leave behind the hustle and bustle of everyday life to "Relax and Reconnect."
We start by stretching the body, paying particular attention to the back to ease any stress and tension.
This is followed by a guided relaxation element, using meditation techniques which will leave you feeling peaceful, calm and relaxed.
We end this

We end this experience with either a 20 minute taster Aromatherapy Reflexology treatment or Back Massage to rebalance, restore and rejuvenate mind, body and soul.
This can be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home or chosen accommodation.
