Our Privacy Policy outlines what, how and why your data is collected and used.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION

We collect as little personal information as possible to allow us to communicate and provide you with the services we offer. 

This information is typically:

•  Your Name.
•  Your Email Address.
•  Your Telephone Number.
•  Your Home address.
• · Your medical background

This information is collected in three ways:

• Information you submit via the contact form on this website
• Information you submit via the Mailchimp newsletter sign up form
• Information you provide to us in person, on the telephone, by text message, Facebook messenger or email.
   

DATA PROCESSING

Your personal information is used for two purposes:

• To communicate with you directly.
• To issue you an invoice and/or receipt.
   

In the event I have to refer you to another health professional your details will only be transferred after obtaining your consent.
 

I do not sell your information to anyone, ever. 

I use third party services for the storage of data:

• Dropbox to file and keep records & maintain client notes.
• Gmail to manage my contact list, email and calendar 

ACCESSING YOUR DATA

It is your right to request a copy of all data that I have collected from you. You also have the right to request the data that I hold to be erased, except where I am legally obliged to retain this information.

• Should you request a copy of data held about you, it will be provided as soon as possible after the request has been received and no later than one month after.
• Should you request that data held about you is deleted, it will be carried out as soon as possible after the request and no later than one month after.
