Supporting Your Journey Through Menopause
I first launched my online health and fitness classes during the 2020 lockdown, driven by a desire to support everyone’s mental and physical wellbeing through those uncertain times.
Today, Menopause Health is a key focus of my work. With a client base primarily of women in their 40s through to their 70s, I see firsthand how decreasing oestrogen levels can compromise our health. From the risk of osteoporosis and heart disease to the heavy toll of anxiety, panic attacks, and depression symptoms I have experienced myself. I understand the challenges this stage of life brings.

Accessible Workouts for Every Body
As a passionate and motivational trainer, I work with you from the inside out. My online workouts are designed specifically for Beginners or those returning to exercise. Together, we will develop your bodily awareness and adopt a healthier attitude toward movement, helping you feel stronger, healthier, and happier.
Over the last 35 years, I’ve worked across various disciplines in the fitness industry. While health and fitness have always been my passion, my perspective shifted in 2018 when a series of life-changing events left me with severe nerve pain, reduced mobility, and a diagnosis of bilateral hip osteoarthritis.
I spent four years rehabilitating, learning to be kinder to myself and moving in a more mindful, healthy way. After undergoing two total hip replacements in 2024, I am now rehabbing myself back into "full bionic health." This journey is why I work from the inside out—I know firsthand how to rebuild strength and resilience, no matter where you are starting from.

My current online classes are hosted via Google Meet and typically run for 30–45 minutes. These are often scheduled as monthly or 6-week programmes, so prices vary by block.
