I first launched a range of Online Health and Fitness classes during the first Lockdown in March 2020 as I wanted to help boost everyones mental and physical wellbeing during those uncertain times which we all encountered.
Menopause health features high up on my agenda, especially with my client base mainly being female, from mid 30's right into their 60's.
During this stage in our lives, our oestrogen levels decrease which can severely compromise our mental and physical health. We have a higher risk of developing osteoporosis and heart disease, as well as mental health related conditions. Anxiety, panic attacks and depression feature high up on the list. I for one have experienced them all.
Exercise is great for strengthening mind and body and helps build bone density, can help to prevent weight gain and definitely boosts your mood!
I am a passionate, motivational trainer and with me you will learn to adopt a healthier attitude towards exercise, as I work with you from the inside out, developing awareness which in return will help you obtain a stronger, healthier body whilst boosting your mental health and physical fitness.
My online workouts are ideal for Beginners, whether you are starting out for the first time or returning to exercise. I am here to support and encourage you as we work together to make some positive changes so you feel healthier and happier.
Over the last 30 years I have trained in various disciplines and dipped in and out of the fitness industry working in gyms and health and fitness establishments.
Health and Fitness was my passion until a series of life changing events happened in 2018, which resulted in me experiencing severe nerve and joint pain, affecting my mobility. This was later followed by a diagnosis of hip osteoarthritis.
For the last few years I have worked hard to strengthen my mind and body and improve mobility. I achieved this by overcoming the barriers I was experiencing, changing my attitude to exercise, the way I approached it and learning to be kinder and move in a healthier more mindful way. This helped rebuild me and my confidence.
My current online classes that are running will be listed in the next column. They are hosted via Zoom and normally run for 30 minutes.
Some are run as monthly/ 6 weekly programmes so prices will vary.

This 30 minute online programme via Zoom is designed to tone your upper body and help you achieve leaner arms, all whilst building stronger bones!
All you’ll need are a pair of very light weights or some tins from your cupboard.
And there's more, following each live session you will be sent the recording so you can workout again during the week.
