"When I signed up for the introductory programme I did so as an almost desperate measure in an attempt to get some sort of mobility back into my hip and attended not really expecting anything to change, after completing a course of hydrotherapy and exercises from physio not really having much if any impact. Wow was I wrong! After just three sessions I feel I have made more progress than I have in the past 9 months and can’t thank you enough for your guidance. " I visited Amanda’s beautiful Garden Room yesterday, for the first time. Having looked at my general health notes and following a short discussion Amanda recommended the Nurture Experience, a Back, Neck and Shoulder massage, followed by a 30 minute Reflexology session. All centred on getting me more relaxed and free of tension, which has built up over the past couple of years. I thoroughly enjoyed my treatments and followed Amanda’s advice to spend the afternoon relaxing at home and keeping well hydrated. This morning I woke with tension free shoulders, my feet were not crunching and grinding as they usually do for the first 30 mins when I get up and I’ve spent the first part of my day with more vim and vigour than I’ve felt for a lonnnnnnng time. " After a devastating year both physical and emotional, I was instructed by my doctor to find some time for myself and my well-being. I approached Amanda with my physical restrictions and attended her "Introduction to Pilates" Workshop as it had been many years since practising Pilates. That was 18 months ago and I still attend my Mixed Ability class. Exercises are adapted to suit everyone’s ability. Amanda’s classes are fun, challenging and full of content. I leave full of energy and with a clear mind. I’ve felt my mental and physical strength improve dramatically. " I’ve just completed the introduction to beginners Pilates class. It’s a great class. I love the fact that it’s a small group. With people of different ages and abilities. I’ve never tried Pilates before but it’s been something I’ve been wanting to try for a while and I’m so glad I did. "I have been going to Amanda for over a year now as I struggle with severe neck pain and knots in my back. I wouldn't go to anyone else and would recommend her extremely highly. She is a lovely person inside and out and the garden room is the most relaxing place, as soon as you arrive you feel relaxed and calm. She is so knowledgeable and knows exactly what my needs are. All covid regulations are in place and it feels very safe, Amanda wears all the PPE and everything is sanitized and clean. " I would highly recommend Amanda, she has an aura of fabulous positive energy that is uplifting. The Pilates workshop is very good with Amanda being very informative throughout the session, she knows her stuff. All clients are looked after from the start of signing to the end of the session.
