Let's say for example some days you may want something much more relaxing, just some time out to focus on you, quieten your mind, feel pampered, recharge and getaway from your to do list. And other days you may want to focus the massage more on particular problem areas, like working into knotty shoulders, relieving lower back pain or alleviate tension headaches.
I would say that most of the treatments I provide come somewhere between the two, combining a relaxing experience that connects with your energies with deeper releasing work that has a more mechanical intention.
